Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. We also ship to select countries; duties and taxes may apply at delivery.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment network for fast, reliable delivery.

Delivery time. Standard delivery within the contiguous US typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping rates. Rates are calculated at checkout. 

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Delays. Carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods may affect delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at neil@zlrhome.com.
